One year ago today, I learned of Danielle Mercurio and soon after, she became my life coach.
Each and every day, I continue to excel beyond my wildest dreams and I’m so thankful for Danielle’s knowledge, guidance and assistance, as I continue to move forward in meeting each and every goal, in gratitude.
I encourage you to join her group: Dream Makers With Danielle Mercurio, it WILL change your life!
In honor of our 1 year anniversary, I’m going to awake at 4 AM, head over to Florida Hospital Celebration and swim 100 laps (1.67 Miles). That’s one lap for each pound that I’ve lost to date.
While any swim, or any outdoor activity once seemed impossible, it became a Reality, once I set my intentions!
On Good Friday, my video documentary MADE NEW will be released and I know in my heart, that it will touch many lives. I can’t wait for you to see it!

8 months ago today, I met Rebecca Steele and she became my second Life Coach. Rebecca and I spent several weeks at the end of 2016 working together on the emotional healing component of my food addiction. In that time, Becca taught me the importance of learning to love myself! As a result, I now live my life in a state of Gratitude, rather than anger.

This morning I had the opportunity to meet and swim with an incredible woman, who has been supportive of and confident in my lake swimming capabilities, from Day 1. Her name is Debbie Jo and she is a gifted triathlete.
From my very first Facebook Post on Lucky’s Lake Swim Group, Debbie Jo has been there, in support. She even offered to swim with me at another local lake to prepare me for Lucky’s Lake Swim. Knowing that people are there to support you emotionally, makes all the difference in the world, when it comes to pushing yourself to achieve your goals. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.
